• There are two current stock locations: Warehouse (our stock) and Distributor. As stock is manually synced the Warehouse stock number is around 95% accurate. Distributor stock will vary between stock sheet updates.
  • If there is one item left in-stock it is always worth popping an email in to double check that an item is available before ordering.
  • Stock updates are currently run on the site every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This means stock levels outside of these times can be out of sync with our main inventory.
  • There is a date on each page showing when it was last updated. This isnt specific to a stock update, but most of the time it will reflect when stock levels have been updated.
  • If items on your order are out of stock we will be in-touch to let you know.


  • Currently we are using PAYPAL to process payments. When a payment is placed using PayPal the payment for the purchase is taken immediately be it from your PayPal account or from the credit/debit card you may have used. 
  • Refunds are issued through PayPal. If you have a paypal account you will receive a notification from PayPal when a refund has been issued.
  • We DO NOT offer a free returns service.
