If we have no response from you your order will be cancelled – any money paid will be refunded. Proof of refund will be provided on request.

Our main courier service is Royal Mail 48 hour tracked which is a 2 to 3 day service.

Items ordered from the the ‘Distributor’ source are sent with DPD. Text notifications are sent when items have been dispatched from this stock source.

All shipping services are provided by 3rd party companies. Whilst we have done due diligence on selecting a reputable courier, we cannot take responsibility for timeframes or service levels they provide as they are a 3rd party company.
