Excellent for many Boxing drills such as Hooks & Uppercuts, the rebound of water within the bag makes hitting it easier on the hands and is especially a great benefit for beginners.
Designed to be filled easily with water at home and the weight can be easily adjusted depending on personal preference.
The rebounding feel of a water-filled punching bag is more natural and closer to reality than the unresponsive filling of traditional bags.

STOCK STATUS
- There are two current stock locations: Warehouse and Distributor. Warehouse stock is around 99% accurate. Distributor stock will vary between stock sheet updates.
- Stock updates are currently run on the site every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This means stock levels outside of these times can be out of sync with our main inventory.
- There is a date on each page showing when it was last updated. This isnt specific to a stock update, but most of the time it will reflect when stock levels have been updated.
- If items on your order are out of stock we will be in-touch to let you know.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Currently we are using PAYPAL to process payments. When a payment is placed using PayPal the payment for the purchase is taken immediately be it from your PayPal account or from the credit/debit card you may have used.
